CCTV, EPABX, PA System and Biometric Attendance for Jiara Gracio

Jiara Gracio needed several technology systems to support security and daily operations, selected to suit its operational requirements and installed as one coordinated project.

The key requirements were:

• CCTV surveillance for monitoring designated areas.

• A public address system for light background music and announcements.

• Biometric attendance tracking for employee management.

Molvbo installed and configured four systems covering premises monitoring, internal communication, audio announcements and employee attendance.

1. CCTV surveillance system – Matrix and CP Plus

We installed a CCTV surveillance solution using Matrix 8 MP and CP Plus 4 MP cameras to support security monitoring across designated areas.

Combining two camera resolutions gives options suited to different monitoring needs, depending on the installation location, viewing angle, lighting conditions and the level of detail required.

2. Matrix EPABX telephone system

A Matrix EPABX telephone system supports internal voice communication. It manages internal extensions so staff can reach designated departments or work areas directly.

Depending on the configuration, an EPABX can also handle external telephone lines and call routing, giving the team a structured platform for routine calls.

3. Bosch public address system – light music and announcements

We implemented a Bosch public address (PA) system for light background music and announcements.

Background music can help create a more welcoming environment, while the same system is ready for announcements whenever they are needed.

4. eSSL biometric attendance system

An eSSL biometric attendance system supports employee attendance recording and management.

Biometric attendance streamlines attendance tracking, reduces reliance on manual registers and supports more organised workforce administration, with reporting depending on the installed device and software configuration.
