CCTV & Network Service and Repair
If your CCTV, network, Wi-Fi or biometric attendance system has a problem, tell us what is happening and where your site is. Our engineers travel from Kozhikode to sites in Kozhikode, Wayanad, Malappuram and Kannur. We also look at systems installed by other companies.
How to contact us for support
Call or WhatsApp +91 9207229008, email info@molvbo.com, or use the enquiry form. Tell us what the system is, what has stopped working and where the site is. What we can do depends on the system, its model and condition, and access to its settings, so we confirm the next step once we understand the fault.
Problems we can look at
CCTVa camera shows no picture, a blurred picture, or no night vision
the recorder is not recording, shows a hard disk error, or has the wrong date and time
footage is missing when you try to play it back
the mobile app stopped connecting, often after an internet or router change
slow or dropping Wi-Fi in some areas
part of the office has no network
a switch, router or cable has failed, or the rack has become untraceable
the machine is not recording punches or not recognising staff
attendance reports are not coming out
a door lock or exit button is not working
What happens on a repair visit
Tell us the problem by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
Inspection: our engineer checks power, cables, connections, device settings and the equipment itself, to find the cause rather than only the symptom.
Repair options: we explain what needs fixing or replacing before starting the work.
Repair and testing: we fix the fault and check the system works with you.
Systems installed by other companies
We can inspect and troubleshoot existing CCTV systems, networks and attendance machines, including systems installed by other providers. We first check the camera and recorder models, cabling, power supply and the reported fault to work out the repair options. Some older or unsupported equipment may need replacement rather than repair, and we will tell you if that is the case.
If you don't have the passwords
Many repairs need access to the recorder, router or attendance software. If the previous installer did not hand over the passwords, tell us when you call. What can be recovered depends on the brand and model.
Repair or upgrade?
Sometimes an upgrade is the better answer: a larger hard disk to keep footage longer, clearer cameras, extra cameras for a new area, more Wi-Fi access points, or extra cable points for new desks. We tell you when an upgrade makes more sense than repeated repairs. For upgrades and new work, the site survey is free.
What to tell us when you contact us
what the system is (CCTV, network, Wi-Fi, attendance or door access) and the brand, if you know it
what stopped working, and since when
where the site is
a photo of the device label or the error on screen, if you can take one
This helps our engineer come prepared and saves time on site.
