48-Camera Industrial CCTV Installation for Trivandrum Flour Mills

Trivandrum Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd., part of the Parisons Group, runs an industrial flour mill in Menamkulam, Kazhakkoottam, Thiruvananthapuram.

Molvbo planned the camera positions around the facility's monitoring requirements, then connected every camera to a single Matrix NVR for recording and management.

1. 48-camera CCTV surveillance system

We installed a 48-camera CCTV system, with cameras positioned to cover the designated areas of the premises.

Authorised personnel can monitor activities and review recorded footage when required. A multi-camera setup suits industrial sites, where separate areas need independent coverage but are best monitored centrally.

2. Matrix Network Video Recorder (NVR)

A Matrix NVR provides centralised recording and management for the whole system. It manages the compatible IP cameras and their recorded footage from one platform.

Recording capacity, retention period and remote viewing depend on the NVR model, storage configuration, network setup and system settings.

3. Hikvision 5 MP IP cameras – Project Series

The installation uses Hikvision Project Series 5 MP IP cameras, specified with an 80-metre range for the locations that need it. The 5 MP resolution supports detailed image capture.
